How to recover deleted bitbucket users

We have an admin user who accidentally got delete,

how we can recover the same as the was user being used everywhere for CI.

Could you please provide more clarity on admin user you refer.

1. Is admin user you refer is the first SYS.ADMIN created by the system when Bitbucket was installed ?
2. Or is it just a ADMIN user.

Solution:

Case 1:

If the SYS.ADMIN user itself got deleted and you don't have any other SYS.ADMIN user, you can follow this Lockout Recovery documentation to create a temporary SYS.ADMIN called "recovery_admin". 

• Login with recovery_admin.
• Create a new user with same username(It can be same as you've accidentally deleted) and grant SYS.ADMIN permission in the "Global Permission" screen.
• Shutdown the application and remove the argument from the _start-webapp.sh and restart the application.
• Now you can login with new SYS.ADMIN user you've created. 

Case 2:

If it is just a ADMIN user that got deleted accidentally, the SYS.ADMIN or other ADMIN users can recreate a new ADMIN user with the same Username which was deleted.
