How to read filename and its content of deleting file from commit in server hooks ?

Hi Falks,

I need your help. I am stuck with one point. 

Can anyone tell me how I can get file and its content from current commit using server hooks ?

I have 2 files and I have delete 1 file and I am going to commit it. Now at pushing that deleting file I would like to read that file and read its content. Please tell me How I can achieve this.

I am using bitbucket version 6.2.0
