How to purchase annual plan

I want to purchase a Premium plan on annual basis. I don't see any option for the same. Please help me with this.

Are you following the instructions on this page?

Specifically the question How do I sign up for annual payments?:

In order for us to generate an annual Bitbucket Cloud quote for you, two things must happen:

• Create/Log in to an existing Atlassian Account within Bitbucket
• Set up a new team workspace 

Once done, provide us the workspace ID and required user tier, and we would be happy to provide an annual quote.
