How to migrate bitbucket to new server and sink code base

we have migrated bitbucket to new server. but unable to sink the old files and repositories to new server.could you helps. we followed instruction described on bitbucket migration but not helpful.

Did you move the Bitbucket Home folder from the old server to the new server, as mentioned at https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/migrating-bitbucket-server-to-another-server-776640406.html#MigratingBitbucketServertoanotherserver-3.MoveBitbucketServertoadifferentmachine?
