How to manage repos in projects

We have few projects and each project has groups of repos that are create a specific tool.

Currently there is no there is no way to group these repos together inside a project, and no nice visualization or simple permission setting for these groups.

for example i have a project that includes a simulation and FW code and testing code each includes few repositories. but i cannot group them together which makes the users a bit confused to what each repo belongs to.

I think it would be nice to have some way to manage the repos in the project in some hierarchical way
