How to impose a project wide ScriptRunner Pre hooks to define Branch naming standards?

We've already defined ScriptRunner Pre hooks to force branch naming convension on about 40 repos before, but recently due to the policy change, we want to update this convension, but just wondering is it possible to update these rules at the project level and apply to all repos instead of updating them one by one?
