How to get email notifications for changes to a specific branch only, not the whole repository ?

The problem with bitbucket is that we get notification emails on commits to ALL branches not specific ones.
That spams the inbox with changes made to the other 30-50 branches active in the repository, and you cannot see the actual important emails you desire!

I'd really like to have the branch name included in the email - otherwise the email notification becomes utterly useless when there are multiple branches.

Used to use notifyr for our on-prem bitbucker server, but being forced to the cloud has meant we cannot use that anymore.
