How to get around only having 10 options in dropdown to change main branch?

I've inherited a repo and need to change the main branch. I see that I should be able to do this in the "ADVANCED" drop down on the Repository details page. However, the "Main branch" drop down only lists 10 branches, none of which are the branch that I need to set as the main branch. How do I get around this?
Just to be clear, I have a "main" branch that should not be the entry in this drop down; I need to change this drop down to a different branch.
