This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Workflow for Git feature branching

To use name prefixes like "feature":

Bitbucket Cloud doesn't have the same support for branching models that Bitbucket Server does. The documentation you refer to is for Bitbucket Server.

It's something we're considering adding to Bitbucket Cloud - if you'd like to open a feature request or enhancement, you can do so at https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues.
