How to enable Markdown at description field in new issue

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Normally, at the field Description, I have toolbar to used Markdown (upload image, insert link, ...). But now it gone. How do I get it back?

That's a bug and it was reported at https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues/18375/enabling-atlassian-editor-beta-feature.
In the meantime, you can fix it by disabling the Atlassian editor in the 'Labs' section:
