How to do i give project level access to a user

I would like to give set of users access to project level. Which means when I add new repo then the access should be inherited from the project level automatically.

Project level permissions are not available in Bitbucket Cloud yet. Our team has been working on this and it is scheduled for release in Q2-Q3 2022:
