How to deactivate user in Bitbucket cloud without losing users data

We are trying to remove users from Bitbucket cloud, when we removed user, the data commits and everything also not there, how can we manage.

De-activating a user from a team workspace should only remove that users access to the workspace.

If you are referring to a personal workspace - this is tied to a user account, therefore de-activating that user account also will de-activate the workspace and any access to repositories within that workspace.

I can't see any personal workspaces tied to your user account - so I'm not sure what you mean. As you are a paying Premium subscriber, however - I would suggest raising a ticket directly with our support team as this will allow us to troubleshoot further without sharing personal details inappropriate for a public forum such as community:
