How to create a wiki for a repository?

I've noticed that the option to create a Wiki for a repository disappeared from Project Settings - is it no longer possible to create a Wiki for a repository?

Welcome to the community!

As Yong mentioned above, the link provides an explanation of why you can't create a wiki. In short, wikis are not supported in workspaces managed through admin.atlassian.com. If you setup your workspace via admin.atlassian.com, all wiki features will be disabled.

You can opt-in and try Confluence instead.

I can see Wiki from my BB cloud Standard Plan instance. I think you could take a look at this doc and try to get the answer you're seeking:
