How to configure bitbucket so that bitbucket.org/workpace displays list of repos?

Previous account we had setup on BitBucket displayed all public repos associated with the workspace when the browser-user visited URL like:

 

www.bitbucket.org/workspace_name

 

However, with the new account we have setup, when trying to do this, we get a 404 page, with the text "

That link has no power here"

 

How can I enable the functionality which will display the list of public repos to the www.bitbucket.org/workspace_name URL?

This is the checkbox in the bottom of Bitbucket profile settings section of Account details:
