By project you mean your data code?

If so, then you

create a place in Bitbucket (Project - repository) -https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/create-a-git-repository-759857290.html
clone repository to PC - https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/clone-a-repository-223217891.html
move data code to repository (localhost folder) - https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/copy-your-git-repository-and-add-files-746520876.html
push repository to Bitbucket - https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/copy-your-git-repository-and-add-files-746520876.html
