Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I don't think you are in the right place, I think your software provider uses Atlassian stuff to provide their source code, issue tracking and/or documentation systems. I suspect you've clicked on "help with Atlassian" instead of "help with this software".

If that's not the case and you really are looking at an Atlassian system, could you explain what racks, racknumbers and a567 are?
