How to add Contributing.md file in android project

i added file Contributing.md in root project, but no luck.
any suggestion.

Hi Dirga,

Are you using Bitbucket Cloud? And I assume you're using Git? If so, just placing your file in the root of your project will not do it, you need to commit it and push the changes so it will show up in Bitbucket Cloud. Alternatively, you can create the md file in Bitbucket directly, you can find the instructions at Readme content in Bitbucket.
