How to Sync Forked GIT repositories

I was reading article https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/keeping-forks-synchronized-776639961.html on Syncing but my Settings does not appear to have the Sync options explained in this article.

So how do I sync a forked git repository?

I don't have this option too...

Does anybody know why this option is absent?
