How to Re-install Removed 'Built-In' Apps

I have a workspace where some built-in apps got uninstalled. Like the 'Jira' and the 'chat notifications' app.

There seems no way to re-install these apps? These apps do not show up in the market place. So, how am I supposed to add them back.

Bitbucket re-installs them automatically when you try to setup them.

For the chat you follow these instructions, and for Jira you can do a similar process.
