How to Manage Users in Bitbucket DC

Hi,
We are currently using Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket as server products and managing accounts using Jira User Directory.
We are planning to migrate Jira and Confluence to the cloud and unify account management by purchasing Atlassian Access in the future. We want to maintain Bitbucket as Data Center and wonder if there is a good way to integrate and manage Bitbucket's accounts.
We understand that Atlassian Access can only manage accounts for cloud products.
