How to Create Formatted Issues in Bitbucket

I'm using PHP to automatically create Issues in Bitbucket, but the formatting of the issues is not working. This JSON to create issues:

How can I do to format my issues?

For example: to make bold, italics and skip lines in the issues' texts.
