How do we get an old Bitbucket account removed from our users' accounts?

We have a handful of users who tried Bitbucket some years ago. How do we get that service scrubbed from these users?

Hi Jason,

If you wish to remove their access to any company workspaces you operate, you can remove them by following the steps in the below article:

If you need to remove their Bitbucket Cloud user accounts altogether, they will need to do this themselves as personal user accounts are not managed - it's simply their product access that is:

If those users are managed accounts, and you need to remove them entirely from your organisation - you can delete their Atlassian account which will in turn remove all product access) by following the steps below:
