Hi Jijo,

Stash can be upgraded to Bitbucket Server either using the installer or from the archive file. Both methods are presented and described in details in the Bitbucket Server upgrade guide - please review this document so you can choose the best method for you.

I'd also recommend checking at the Bitbucket rebrand FAQ so you'll be aware of the main aspects changed between Stash and Bitbucket Server before performing the upgrade.
