How do I restore my repositories?

Just logged into Bitbucket for the first time in some time and all my repos are missing. Can I get them back? Did I miss an e-mail about this that might have ended up in SPAM?

There has been an announcement on that topic here: Bitbucket cleanup of free unused workspaces: what you need to know

Can you check https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/deactivated if the workspace is still there and hasn't been deleted?
