How do I purchase new users for BitBucket Standard?

I purchased BitBucket Standard at $10 which gives me 5 users.  I want to buy an extra user at $2/month.  When I select "Change Plan", my Standard link is grayed out and I can't find a way to just buy 1 user at a time although that is supposed to be possible.  

Is there a link someone can send me?

And, yes, I did research here first but could not find a clear answer.

Hi Adam! As you have already moved to Standard plan, no additional action from licensing/billing side is needed. You can simply grant that extra user access to your Bitbucket account and you will be billed for them automatically on your next billing day. 

For example, if you grant access for 6 users, on the billing day you will be automatically billed $12 in total, for the Standard plan and the additional user at the same time.
