Ownership of an accounts repositories vs administrative access? How do I keep ownership control of the repositories

Hi Nicholas, welcome to the Community :) 

The repository will continue to be owned by you, unless you transfer the ownership to someone else. 

Giving other users admin permissions will allow them to change repository settings, update user permissions, and delete the repository, but the owner remains still one level above.
