How do I know when the integrity checker is complete?

For example, I added "disaster.recovery=true" to kick off the integrity scan.  it found a couple of things.  I thought it had completed.  set it to false and restarted the application, an hour has passed and I still see a banner stating that "Integrity checks are running and some inconsistencies were found Check the application logs for further information."

I tried restarting a couple of times and cleared the logs in case it was just the log analyser picking up the entries.  But it is still showing.
