How do I get past the "Resource Not Found" error when attempting to view my code?

We have a free account that got full.  So we added a new account and were pulling from old account when needed.  I logged into my new account.  The code I needed was on the old account.  So I used the "Switch Accounts" feature to log in to the old account.  (I have done this many times in the past, but not recently.)

When I gave my credentials I got a blank page that says "Resource not found".  Now I can't get to EITHER account!  No matter which credentials I use to log into either account all I can see is the blank web page with "Resource not found"

How do I get past this issue?

Thanks,

Kimberly

hi @kdelliott21

I can see you have access to two workspaces, and both of these are still active.

May you please clear your browser cache and try to load Bitbucket Cloud again? Please also try a different browser (or Incognito mode if using Chrome).

Cheers!
