How do I edit bitbucket.properties ?

According to this article, I need to insert parameter plugin.bitbucket-git.pullrequest.merge.auto.timeout=360. The file bitbucket.properties owned by Atlassian Bitbucket.

Is it ok to change file owner to Administrator ?

No. It should be owned by the Bitbucket user.

It's fine to edit it as another user, but don't change the ownership.
