How do I connect my jira story to a development branch that already exists?

For some reason by branch did not connect to my Jira story and there does not seem to be a way to connect them. Any suggestions?

Hi SC,

What do you mean they're not connected? Have you previously followed the steps at Connect Jira Cloud to Bitbucket Cloud?

You said you can not see the branch, but can you see the repository that the branch belongs to? Can you see other repositories?
