How do I change my password?

I am trying to change my password. but as my account is linked with my google account I am not receiving password recovery link. Through single sign on I am able to login to bit bucket account. but while cloning the repo I am not able to clone it as I have forgotten my password.

Please help me sending recovery link to my email Id.

Hi @Aesha Vasani iGTB2 ,

Since your account is managed and you use single sign-on, the account's password will not work for cloning/pulling/pushing to repos.

You will need to use an app-password instead.

You can find instructions on how to generate one for your Bitbucket account in the following page:

• https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/app-passwords/

You can use the app password when you are asked for a password during the clone operation.
