How do I add users to my premium acount?

I bought a premium acount, I made a group, but the users I added on my group are not on my plan. How do I add a group to the plan and how do I add users to my plan?

Hi Richard,

I've checked your Bitbucket Cloud account associated with this Atlassian account and I could see it's in the Free plan, not Premium. There are no other users with access to your account.

I can also see that you have access to a Team (t*********x) which is a Premium account and there's already 5 users with access to this team. Were you referring to this one?

Please confirm the information above and let us know if there should be more than 5 users in that account. If you're trying to add more people but are encountering difficulties, let us know which steps are you following and I'll be more than happy to continue helping you.
