Not sure if I've phrased that question correctly, but here's my use case:

I have an existing bitbucket account created with email `barry@email.com`, when I started at my job I gave them that username so I could be given access to the repo.

Some time later they started using confluence and they send an invite to `barry@job.com`.

Now when I want to use confluence I log in as `barry@job.com`, but when I want to access bitbucket I have to log out and log back in. Is there any way to update my `barry@email.com` atlassian account to say `barry@job.com` is able to view anything in this account?

Hi @barryskal, welcome to the Community!

Your Bitbucket account takes the email address from the Atlassian account it's linked to. In your case, you'd need your Bitbucket account linked to your work Atlassian account ("barry@job.com") so both Confluence and Bitbucket can be accessed with the same email address.

If that's what you want, please open a Support ticket through our portal so one of my colleagues can help you unlink your Bitbucket account from your Atlassian account "barry@email.com". Once they're unlinked, you'll be able to link it to your work Atlassian account once you try to log in again.

Hope that helps!
