I've had a mistake in setting user and group access.

I removed all users and groups from a repo.

when I access https://bitbucket.org/project/repo/, I got the following error.

As an admin, you'll need to add the users back to the project.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
