How can we override the Add user or group butto under Repository settings-> Repository permissions?

Hi All Good evening,

I am trying to override the Add user or group button under Repository permissions section and want to write my own logic.

But I did not find any way. Can any one help on the same. 

Note: We did not have any script Runner in BB.
