How can this team member get the new branch from his online fork to his local?

A team member has cloned the repo from the main repo, and auto syncing is enabled. The team admin has pushed a new branch to the main repo and it reflects in the remote repo of the team member (as auto-syncing is enabled). How can this team member get the new branch from his online fork to his local?
