How can I regain access to my Bitbucket account?

I have a separate Bitbucket/Atlassian account associated with a cfa.harvard.edu email address that I used to be able to login to bitbucket.org with via the "Sign in with Google" button. But now when I try to do that, I get redirected to a HarvardKey page that says "User is not assigned to this application". I get redirected in the same way even if I follow the "Having trouble logging in?" link in an incognito browser session.

cfa.harvard.edu emails are associated with Google Workspace accounts, so I'm not sure why it's being directed to HarvardKey (aside from the obvious harvard.edu part of the domain). I'm now in a position where I have an API token expiring in a few days and I cannot login to the account to renew it!
