How can I recover my account without the authenticator app and the ssh-key passphrase

I can't login into my account in Bitbucket because I can't pass the 2FA.
I know the email and password and I have my ssh keys. However, I can't seem to remember my passphrase and therefore I can't get the recovery_codes. My authenticator app is useless since I accidentally deleted that.
Is there any way to get it back?
