How can I get licensed users from Bitbucket cloud API?

I connected to Bitbucket cloud and fetched users, and team and repositories but I would like to get plan and plan details, and licensed users and I don't find any documentation on that. What am I missing?

Unfortunately, that information cannot be pulled using the API. You can find the available endpoints at Bitbucket Cloud API v2.

Is there a good reason why account admins cannot get such info by API? Is it planned to be available sometime?
