How can I get approval for Trust Center access request for the Bitbucket Cloud SOC 2 report?

We are a paid Bitbucket Cloud Standard customer and are currently undergoing a SOC 2 Type II audit.
As part of our vendor due diligence, we need to obtain Atlassian's current SOC 2 Type II report applicable to Bitbucket Cloud.
I submitted an access request through the Atlassian Customer Trust Center using our company email address. The Trust Center shows that the request is pending approval, but we have not yet received an approval notification.
I also tried to contact Atlassian Support, but the available support categories do not appear to provide an appropriate option for Trust Center or compliance document access requests.
Could someone from the Atlassian Trust or Compliance team please advise how we can have the pending Trust Center access request reviewed or approved?
We only require guidance on obtaining access to the SOC 2 report applicable to Bitbucket Cloud.
