How can I create a pull request by making my own uri without using curl?

Is there any way for me to specify something in the URL to default the title of the pull request?  It seems that the title is now either the title of the commit (if there is only one commit) or the branch name (if there are multiple commits).  I would like to default something within my control if possible.

Yes, you can create a pull request with your own URI without curl.  They are two different things.  The URI is the point you need to connect to in order to ask Bitbucket to do something.  Curl is just a program that can call a URI.  You can call your URI with whatever program you want.
