I want to change the name of a repository I created weeks ago.  I can not find a menu item that says 'rename'.

Hi William, welcome to the Community!

You can change the name of the repo by navigating to the repository settings, writing a different name in the 'Name' field, and clicking 'Save' at the bottom of the page:
