Hi,

After a hiatus I logged back into Bitbucket and noticed all my repos were gone.

I've already tried https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/deactivated with no joy.
I do worry because I see the same workspace twice, with 0 repos, yet a warning about >1GB used.

Can you please help me restore so them I can back them up locally ?

Hi @hm-backups ,

Was this repository perhaps stored in a Free Bitbucket workspace that had not been used for some time?

Atlassian recently carried out a cleanup of inactive Free workspaces. These workspaces were deactivated first, with May 15, 2026 set as the deadline for reactivation before permanent deletion.

You could potentially reach out to support via this channel: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing > select something like Your Account > Reactivate subscription. 👀

Unfortunately, if the workspace and its repositories have already been permanently deleted, recovery may no longer be possible.

Cheers,
Tobi
