Hook that posts to Slack when a new Pull Request is opened

I was trying to find a post-open-pr hook (or whatever I should call it... :D ).
Basically, I need a hook that will post to a channel in Slack when a new PR has been opened.

Is there a solution like that?

Hi Nekoi - we've just launched a new Bitbucket Cloud app for Slack that will notify you when a PR is opened (plus a whole other range of notifications!).
