Hi, I pushed a 6gb file.

I pushed a 6gb file and now I cannot push or pull even though I have deleted through the website itself and from my local folder.

What can I do to fix this?

I guess that you haven't removed the file from the history of your repository but rather created a commit removing that file. Here's a guide on how to reduce your repository size by removing huge file from the history.
