Hello, i have not received any invitation email from workspace, i cannot see repositories or dashboa

i have not received invitation, i check all the junk and spam along with regular emails, i have to set my password and i cannot see dashboard, repositories.

Hi @Manjunath Matta ,

first of please check your Atlassian email preferences.

  • Go to https://id.atlassian.com
  • Sign in with the same email used for the invitation
  • Go to Account Settings → Email → Email Preferences
  • Make sure Product Invitations is enabled

If it is disabled, invitation emails are blocked.
