Has anybody seen when you press any of the buttons in BitBucket like the Clone, nothing displays?

After upgrading BitBucket server to 6.3.0 when I press any of the buttons like Clone or the branch drop down nothing happens.  I created a VM and am not having any issue.  I am now at 6.3.2 with still the same issue.

I got it.  There was an outdated plugin that even though I disabled it, was still causing the issue.  I had to uninstall it.
