I am the president of a small company the has used Bitbucket for all our software for many years. I am not the primary user but am the person who pays for everything. I logged in last week (March 9) because we had a noticed that we were using more than one gig and so needed to signup for a paying subscription, which i did with the help of an atlassian person on the web chat. At that time ALL of our repos for many projects were there. We had several users which are no longer with us so I deleted them. Now on March 14 I can not find any of our repos. I will pay Atlassian to not delete these repos. ATLASSIAN PEOPLE , PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP. I think the 14 day grace period to recover deleted repos ends around March 22. I do not understand why our repos are gone now, I am concerned it has to do with deleting some of the users that were no longer active. I NEED AND AM WILLING TO PAY FOR SUPPORT. WE have used and liked your product for many years, Please help!!
