Give branch-permission to an SSH authorized pusher?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Using branch permissions

Is it possible to unrestrict a user authorized by SSH? Scenario: A script from the CI-server does commit/push changes, e.g. from mvn jgitflow plugin.

The only workaround is to make the CI server a valid user in Bitbucket server and grant that user permission in the branch.

Allowing SSH keys in branch permissions is an open request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BSERV-5009
