Git LFS PUT i/o Timeout on Bitbucket Behind Azure Application Gateway

I am unable to push large >700MB files to Bitbucket which runs on a VM behind an azure app gateway.

Sorry I don't have a complete answer yet but I am facing a very similar problem with one user in particular. They are unable to push certain large files but others can push the same files on there systems. Have you discovered a work around for this yet?
